Ayurvedic Concept of Ahara & Agni AC102- 48 Hrs /15 Lessons
Synopsis: The student will be able to list the six tastes, food groups, fruits, beverages, grains that support the three doshas, and, explain the concept of agni and effect of food on the mind. This course is a mix of online lectures and cooking labs.
