Module/class Name- Introduction to Ayurveda
This 50 Hour course is is a birds eye view of the foundation of Ayurveda from our Vedic texts.
By the end of this course, the student shall be able to create a daily routine and seasonal routine
for fall and spring for their vata, pitta, and kapha clients.

Module/Class Name- Vedic Cooking & Ayurvedic Nutrition 50. hours
This course covers a lot of ground in plant-based Ayurvedic cooking theory with online
cooking lab offered. Students will also learn meal planning, agni pariksha, and
balancing the agni (digestive fire).

Module/Class Name- Yoga for Ayurveda Counselors
This 25 Hours yoga for Ayurveda counselors covers the theory of yoga chikitsa, some basic pranayama, and meditation techniques for the doshas. You will learn basic nadi pariksha of the chakras as well as self-ayurvedic nadi.

Thursdays- March and April 2025 at 6 PM and/or 7 PM Central on zoom. Mentorship and coaching offered for10 clients. This will include 5 client observations, and 5 independent client encounters secured by the student under the guidance of a teacher. Thursday evening at 7 pm eastern. Some Saturdays at 11 am eastern.
ONSITE MENTORSHIP in GAINESVILLE (optional)

Dates school will be closed. If the holiday falls on a weekday on which there are no classes, the subsequent or the previous Saturday OR Sunday class will be observed as an off day.

*Practicum 1-day workshops, OR in-person lab days in Austin, TX at an Ayurveda or Yoga Yoga Studio that may take place in person. It may be broadcast via via live streaming.
*Besides, students are encouraged to do short and free community events twice a year in their own area as part of their training.
*Classes: Saturdays at 10 am Central, Wednesdays at 7 pm Central, Fridays at 8 AM Central, Labs/internship online once a month, and 6-weekend workshop(s) cum private and/or group internship(s)in Austin. Onsite Workshop schedule (see above)
